Book Swap Now Going On

Our book swap is underway. Students, teachers, and parents brought in books last week. This week they may come in and select one book for each that they brought. We are enjoying getting "new" books without having to buy them! Any books left over at the end of the "swap" will be offered for sale beginning Wed., March 24 and continuing through Wednesday, March 31. Prices will be very nominal.

WE MADE IT!

At approximately 2 p.m. we made it to the end of the Mississippi River!! Additionally, we read enough minutes to equal 798 more miles, so our rafting LSA reader made it even farther out into the Gulf of Mexico. Thanks to all our classes for their special emphasis on reading today. LSA Warriors really do READ!!

Reading Tom Sawyer

Fourth graders read Tom Sawyer this week. They read part of it for Read Across America today.
